You’ll be asked about age and breed, vaccinations, health history, behaviour, social and kennel experience, feeding, medications and emergency contacts. Please answer completely and honestly — the more we know, the better we can judge whether our environment suits your dog.

To maintain a safe and manageable environment we carefully select the dogs we’re able to accommodate. Guests must generally:
Current veterinary documentation is required for rabies, DHPP/distemper and bordetella. Additional health or preventative-care requirements may also apply.
Guests must meet our current flea, tick and deworming requirements. Proof of preventative treatment may be requested.
Dogs must arrive reasonably clean and free from strong odours, excessive dirt and excessive loose coat. Dogs coming from farms, acreages or particularly dirty environments should be cleaned before arrival.
Adult male guests must meet our current neutering requirements. Age-appropriate puppy exceptions may apply.
We understand how deeply people love their dogs, and declining a guest is never something we take lightly. But Bark Inn isn’t designed for every behavioural need. Dogs experiencing significant aggression, severe confinement distress, continuous vocalisation, destructive behaviour, severe separation-related behaviour or persistent indoor marking may not be accepted. Our priority will always be the safest decision for the individual dog and everyone in our care.

Regular boarding reservations require a minimum stay of two nights, year-round. Overnight Trial Stays are exempt.
We are closed for drop-offs and pick-ups every Saturday. Dogs already boarding continue receiving their normal care.
Drop-off and pick-up: Sunday to Friday, 10:00am–8:00pm, by appointment only. Your scheduled time must be respected so we can properly manage the guest routine.
We provide a 48-hour grace period after a reservation is created for eligible changes or cancellation. After that, removing reserved dates or dogs does not automatically reduce the original booking amount. Adding dates or eligible guests may result in additional charges.
Collecting your dog earlier than reserved does not reduce the amount owing. Our capacity is extremely limited and those dates were reserved specifically for your dog.
The original confirmation establishes the original booking amount. If a confirmation is later resent because of an approved adjustment, please refer to your original confirmed amount unless we have advised otherwise.
Additional minimum-stay requirements, peak pricing and booking conditions may apply during designated high-demand periods.
We may close drop-off and pick-up appointments on designated holidays and surrounding dates. Care for dogs already staying continues as normal.
Unless otherwise required on your account, full payment is due at drop-off. We accept cash and e-transfer.
Our capacity is intentionally limited, so every reservation prevents us from offering that space to another family. Please review our complete Cancellation & Modification Policy before booking.
